The construction includes site formation, road, sanitation, electrical engineering, Telecommunications engineering, landscaping, walls, gates, etc., office buildings and parts of the plant. The project duration is 1 year, is expected to start on January 1, 2017, December 31, 2017 completed. Ethiopia intends to invite overseas Chinese to participate in the implementation of the project management.
