High-Level Officers of the Nigerian Government Visited the Water Company

OnJuly 15, 2019, Mr. Adamu Hussaini Sulemiman, a high-level officer of theNigerian government, with others visited the Water Company, which has beenreceived a warm welcoming by Du Fengshan, GM of Water Company, and otherleaders.

Mr.Adamu said that CGCOC has carried out many people's livelihood projects inNigeria for more than 30 years. The modern water plants represented by Gombe, Lokojaand Zobe, not only solved the problem of clean water for residents, but alsodemonstrated the technical strength of Chinese companies. Mr. Adamu spokehighly of the development of CGCOC in Nigeria. He mentioned that when he cameto China, he met many old Chinese friends who were in Nigeria before. He hopedthat this friendship will be continued and be passed on and CGCOC will continuouslybenefit more Nigerians while self-developing better in Nigeria.

Onbehalf of the company, Du Fengshan, GM of Water Company, expressed warm welcometo Mr. Adamu and his delegation. Mr. Du said that Nigeria is one of the mostimportant markets for CGCOC. For more than 30 years, CGCOC has not onlyexperienced the flourishing development of Nigeria, but also established a verydeep friendship with the local government and people. The company will continueto implement projects for improving the living conditions of residents and helpingNigeria to develop.

Duringhis stay in Hangzhou, Mr. Adamu also visited the West Lake with great interestand visited Qianjiang New City. He was surprised and gave a high praise of HangzhouCity for combining the beauty of nature with the modern city.
