The Company’s First Shareholders Meeting in 2019 and the Fifth Meeting of the Fourth Board of Directors were Successfully Held.

OnMay 15, 2019, the company's first shareholders meeting in 2019 and the fifthmeeting of the fourth board of directors were held in the conference room ofWater Company. Ji Weimin, President of CGCOC, Li Xuhui, Vice President ofCGCOC, Yuan Fengjun, Vice President and Chairman of Water Company, Gao Lei,Vice President, Liu Hua, President Assistant, other shareholder representatives,Yi Haixiang, Supervisor of Water Company, Du Fengshan, GM of Water Company andother Water Company senior executives gathered together to seek the futuredevelopment of Water Company.

Duringthe meeting, in accordance with the company law and the company's articles ofassociation, the participating shareholders and directors reviewed and approvedsix proposals including the “Company's 2018 Work Summary and the 2019 WorkPlan” and discussed the addition of three proposals.
