The Water Company Held the 2019 Annual Business Meeting

On January 29,2019, the company held the 2019 annual business meeting in Hangzhou, where DuFengshan, GM of Water Company, made a work report, Chen Maowang, Vice Presidentof Water Company, delivered the spirit of the CGCOC's annual meeting, and YuanFengjun, Vice President of CGCOC and Chairman of Water Company and other overseasleaders attended this meeting. Meanwhile, Ji Weiming, President of CGCOC, also attendedthe meeting and made an important speech.

At the meeting,Mr. Du made the work summary of 2018, and made a detailed plan for Water Company'sdevelopment goals in 2019, also put forward several new requirements. In 2019,the Water Company must focus on key projects, actively participate in the"Comprehensive Service Platform for Zhejiang and Africa ", and striveto overcome the current difficulties for Water Companies.

Mr. Yuan, Chairmanof Water Company proposed that CGCOC is facing some operational pressures in2018. Thus, the goal for 2019 is to: relying on ourselves and making full useof various resources to pull through the difficulties.

Mr. Ji, Presidentof CGCOC, said that the CGCOC must have the attitude and spirit of"Phoenix Nirvana", and be strict with all branches and projects tomake a profit for building a bridge and platform between China and Africa withbelieving our future will be even better.
