A Tour to Nanhu Lake in Jiaxing, A Spirit of the Hong Boat

On June 29, 2018,under of the lead of Du Fengshan, the Secretary of CCP Branch of Water Companyaffiliated to CGCOC, people went to Nanhu Lake in Jiaxing, to pay tribute tothe revolutionary sites, trace the Party’s memory, and feel the spirit of theHong boat.

The itinerary mainlyincluded a visit to the Nanhu Lake Revolutionary Memorial Hall containing videoand physical materials, which allowed us to more intuitively feel that all the generationsof Chinese Communists in different historical period, especially when theChinese nation in her most urgent need, had made major efforts, sacrifices andcontributions to the country’s freedom and democracy, national progress and prosperity.After visiting the Memorial Hall, all the staffs felt deeply and expressedtheir desire to bring the revolutionary spirit into their daily work.

Leaving theMemorial Hall, the staff set off to Nanhu Lake, which is an importantrevolutionary memorial site in China's modern history. In 1921, the Chinese CommunistParty was born on the Hong Boat of Nanhu Lake in Jiaxing. The famous CCP'sfirst meeting site, the Hong Boat, is located on the lake in front of the YanyuBuilding. It is on this Hong Boat that the Chinese Communist Party passed the first"Chinese Communist Party" constitution, proclaiming the birth of theChinese Communist Party, and the Chinese revolution has opened a new page.

Aftertouring to Nanhu Lake in Jiaxing, the staff deeply understand the hardness ofearning happy life. While we feel that our Party is flourishing and country isprosperous, we should remember the glorious tradition created by the older generationof CCP and revolutionary spirit through hard struggle.
